- 2010: Designated as lead to revise a chapter in a USAF-wide governing document. Effectively collaborated with the project lead, eight other chapter leads, and several contacts whose inputs were needed to update their respective areas-of-expertise. Result: Facilitated open communication channels with my contacts and other chapter leads to bolster applicable chapters, appreciation of inclusion during project development, and streamlining the review process among USAF senior leaders.
- 2002: Facilitated modification of USAF military officer performance evaluation form. Minor change adopted saved thousands of dollars and prevented creation of a new form.
